The County Group started out as a traditional high street broker situated in Congleton, Cheshire. Established in 1882, the company traded under the name of Heath and Blackshaw. when the current management team took over in 2003, the company was renamed The County Group and things haven’t stood still since. \n\nWe now have 30 offices across the North of England, the Midlands and Wales and employ over 300 people and dealt with an amazing £90 million worth of client premiums in 2019. Specialising in Personal and Commercial insurance.
