Welcome to the College of Human Environmental Sciences at The University of Alabama – one of the largest divisions of Human Sciences in the country, enrolling almost 4,000 students. A common thread running through each area of study at our College is the determination to improve the quality of life for individuals, families and communities. The College brings together disciplines that impact the human condition including clothing, textiles, and interior design; consumer sciences; public health; athletic training; human development and family studies; human nutrition and hospitality management.
