Founded in the historic Hudson Valley region of New York in 1947, providing engineering, land surveying, planning, environmental services, landscape architecture, construction services and building code services to clients throughout the Northeast and beyond. As an employee-owned firm we represent many municipalities, state agencies, developers, landowners, utilities, institutions, industries and not-for-profits. Our focus is to create effective, long-term partnerships by consistently meeting or exceeding their expectations from our offices in the Hudson Valley, Capital District, North Country and Westchester; New York, Nashville and Chattanooga; Tennessee, and Portland, Oregon.
