Established in 2010, we have brought together some of the industry's most experienced, proactive and dedicated recruitment executives servicing the mid to senior management levels across our chosen areas of specialisation. Currently with over 100 Consultants and 11 offices in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, China and the UK, our goal is to offer a global service with a boutique approach. Our specialities within the partnership are presently Stirling Andersen – Insurance, Walker Andersen - Accounting and most recently Baker Andersen in the Resources and Construction space. Our ambition is to build the business up to circa 150 fee earners and seek a Private Equity partner to expand the business globally. We tend to specialise in what are traditionally perceived to be 'hard to fill"​ roles where traditional recruitment companies struggle due to the seniority or complexity of the assignment or where Clients are reluctant to engage the services of an Executive Search firm.
