Informed by decades of public policy experience at the local, state, and national level, in 2016, Tom Luce founded Texas 2036 amid growing concern that without careful consideration, planning, and decision-making regarding the future, the tremendous opportunities Texas offers may not exist for future generations. Texas 2036 uses data, research, and leading expertise to enable Texans to make informed decisions to ensure Texas continues to be the best place to live and do business through its bicentennial in 2036 and beyond.
