Tetragon Financial Group Limited (“TFG”) is a Guernsey closed-ended company traded on Euronext Amsterdam N.V. under the ticker symbol “TFG” that aims to provide stable returns to investors across various credit, equity, interest rate, inflation and real estate cycles. The company’s investment portfolio comprises a broad range of assets, including an asset-management business ("TFG Asset Management"), and covers bank loans, real estate, equities, credit, convertible bonds and infrastructure. TFG's investment objective is to generate distributable income and capital appreciation. To achieve this objective, Tetragon Financial Management LP (the “Investment Manager”) seeks to identify opportunities, assets and asset classes it believes to be attractive and asset managers it believes to be superior based on their track record and expertise. It also seeks to use the market experience of the Investment Manager to negotiate favorable transactions and terms for its investments in asset classes and in asset managers. As part of this current investment strategy, the Investment Manager may employ hedging strategies and leverage in seeking to provide attractive returns while managing risk.
