Tensure - old english for Tension, the kind of Tension that holds a bridge up. We are a remote consulting firm being the bridge, for our clients, apprentices, and employees. We aim to bring together excellent talent and exciting opportunities to accomplish great things quickly. We don't hire against a set of technologies, rather we hire problem solvers, thinkers, learners, and hard workers. We find people who can solve problems regardless of the tools they have available to them, and connect them with interesting problems to solve. That is only a small part of our mission, we are also an option for people to switch careers and get into technology with our apprenticeship program. An intensive learning experience that costs the candidate only their time. There is no commitment to stay with us upon completing the program. With this program we also work with our clients to offer these apprentices on the job training that they are compensated for, resulting in a win for the candidate and the client. The client gets a lower cost resource, who has a coach and mentor reviewing their work, resulting in a higher quality outcome, while the candidate gets invaluable on the job experience.
