Telcom Construction was founded in February 2000 by a small group of industry professionals that believed they could build a better company based on customer service and satisfaction. The principles used to guide the company to this goal were and are; Character, Capital and Capacity. Our company has seen phenomenal growth over the last 18 years with a yearly average growth of 33%. The company has grown from a corporate office in Minnesota to working in 26 states with additional offices in Arizona, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota,Tennessee and Texas. We have grown from installing cable to handling all aspects of any cable installation no matter where or how it is installed. We have also added installation services and in 2007 added cable reclamation to our service offerings. Five years ago we began working in the power industry serving both rural and regional electrical companies as well as wind generation projects. Our employees have grown to over 400 across the United States with a total experience level of hundreds of years. Telcom has worked on hundreds of FTTH projects both RUS and privately funded installing thousands of miles of fiber. We have worked on projects from just taking care of the final home installation to laying hundreds of miles of fiber connecting hundreds of homes. We have the experience and equipment to handle all types soil conditions from soft dirt to solid rock, from buried fiber to aerial installation. Telcom provides service to all the Tier 1 companies in the industry. We look to share this knowledge through our participation with many National and State organizations devoted to the growth of our industry. This knowledge level with how we do business has made us a leader in the industry today.
