TechTrans, a woman-owned business was established in 1993 to support the joint U. S. -Russian space program providing Russian translation, interpretation,language training, and logistics services to the NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC).TechTrans' corporate office is located in Houston, Texas, with additional offices and staff in Russia. In 1996, NASA competitively awarded TechTrans a second consecutive 6-year contract, clearly indicating the Government's confidence in TechTrans' ability to successfully satisfy the space agency's target of zero tolerance of errors in the services provided. Since the beginning of the new contract, TechTrans has delivered 399,587 hours of interpretation; 128,766 pages of translation; 83,980 hours of language training; and 308,633 logistic hours. TechTrans has established a proven record of excellence.
