My name is John Krochman and I am a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist, (CMPS©), Licensed Legal Document Assistant (LDA), Marketing Technology Entrepreneur, and a grower of California Natives (drought-resistant plants & trees). My professional background is all things entrepreneurial, business ownership, self-employment, and change agent consulting. My professional focus is facilitating FinTech marketing solutions that range from large scale community marketing down to the residential level. This includes targeting individual homeowners and businesses. My passion is in developing cost-effective growth strategies that highlight the client experience and "Delivering Knock Your Socks Off Service" (Pub. 3rd Ed. by Ron Zemke, Kristin Anderson.) I specialize in financial client acquisition through the use of everything technology, including, public data, credit monitoring, clientele modeling, social networking, social economics, interests, buying habits, family, and major life events. All of these roads lead to predicting certain actions such as relocating, re-mortgaging, selling, upsizing, downsizing, investing, and hundreds of other triggers. I maintain high success models for prospective reverse mortgage borrowers and new home construction buyers. I am an active member of the Association on Aging and Building Industry Association of Southern California. I have enjoyed a 30+ year career in consumer credit and commercial financing, and residential mortgage banking since 1999. I co-founded one of the nation’s first, value-added, consumer credit resale agencies with Experian (formerly TRW), TransUnion, and Equifax. I also founded OSI and invented the Prepaid Service Card for commercial use as well as the first known instance of commercial lease financing for software installations and customized e-commerce platforms.
