Our Story: Founded by Philadelphia’s award-winning Chef William Beck, Taste! specializes in providing unique, fresh and flavorful menus for University, corporate and private clients throughout the Delaware Valley. Our catering menus include the distinctive flavors and authentic Cajun/Creole recipes from our café, Beck’s Cajun Café. Make Your Event a Unique Experience: At Taste!, we love creating custom menus for every event. Over the years, we have created many themed and specialty menus for gala events; open houses; happy hours; weddings; luncheons; fundraising receptions and much more! Our menus include locally sourced artisan food selections served in a variety of regional and International culinary styles. Gourmet vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are always available to suit your needs. So, whether you are an adventurous eater or a traditionalist, we will provide you with and exceptional dining experience! Our Commitment to Sustainability: Taste! Catering has a green philosophy that is reflected throughout our organization. Our goal is to reduce the impact on the environment through practices that include recycling, composting, the elimination of excess packaging and increasing energy efficiency at our West Philadelphia commissary. We order from local and regional sources that meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability. Taste! also features biodegradable disposable ware that is made entirely from plant-based materials. Allow us to customize a menu for your specific needs and budget.
