Incorporated in 1980, Tandem Construction specializes in Construction Management (CM) Services on Florida's Gulf Coast. 100% of our work program is negotiated construction management services and 80% of our construction management services are for repeat clientele in both the private and public sector. Tandem Construction provides construction management services to the commercial, residential and institutional markets.
