TWELVE has been designed with our guests' needs in mind, offering the latest technology throughout the hotel. Our goal is to ensure our guests are as efficient on the road as they are in their offices or at home. Guests can choose to check-in with our self-service kiosk or take advantage of our complimentary Wi-Fi. The hotel lobby also features innovative virtual art to add to the guest experience. Each suite is equipped with a flat-screen computer monitor giving guests access to our in-suite technology system known as GHOSTSM . This ground-breaking technology allows guests to request almost any hotel service online. GHOST provides guests with the ability to surf the Internet, check emails, reference the guest directory or order room service, all on their own time. Our suites also have the same entertainment technology guests enjoy at home, including a DVD player and flat-screen televisions in both the living and sleeping areas.
