TVS Motor Company Limited is the second largest two-wheeler and three-wheeler manufacturer in India producing scooters, motorcycles, mopeds and three-wheelers. It ranks amongst the top ten two-wheeler companies in the world, distributing to over 60 countries. The Company was started in 1979 as the flagship brand of TVS Group, which was founded by T.V. The Company's various products lead in their respective categories in the JD Power IQS and APEAL surveys for the past three years and it was ranked No. 1 in the JD Power Customer Service Satisfaction Survey for consecutive two years. At the Economic Times Award for Corporate Excellence 2016, TVS Motor Company was awarded the Corporate Citizen of the Year.
