TRS Global Services was founded in 1998 and is based in Houston, Texas. We provide component repair and manufacturing processes for a range of gas turbines. We offer coatings, brazing, machining, welding/component repair, EDM drilling, flow testing, non-destructive testing/quality assurance, and turbine repair services. TRS serves gas turbine users worldwide. TRS team members have a combined 400-plus years of turbomachinery manufacturing and repair experience. TRS has the capabilities necessary to meet the demands of the ever-evolving gas turbine industry. Facility Capabilities: • 75,000 square foot repair facility • One hot zone bottom loader vacuum furnace • Extensive manual machining center • Capital parts replacement with rotatable pool options Engines Serviced: • GE Frame 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, including F-class, PGT-25 • Siemens 101, 171/191, 251, 501B6, 501D5(D5A), including F-class, V84.2 • Mitsubishi, ABB engines Components/Capabilities: • Blades/Buckets • Vanes/Nozzles/Blade Rings/ISSH • Diaphragms • Combustion components (Liners, transition pieces, Cross-fire tubes, including fuel nozzles) • Casings and complete unit overhauls • Inner casings (Bowties), Mixing elbows, Flame tubes, K-rings
