Celebrating our 25th anniversary this year, TOP Group has grown from a single office in New York in 1992, to one of the global leaders in Japanese related talent solutions today. As one of the first Japanese staffing agencies in the U.S., we started our focus in Finance, but quickly expanded to other industries such as Freight Forwarding, Trading, and Manufacturing. In 2005, we opened our office in San Francisco to assist in the IT, Electronics, and Semiconductor fields. By 2008, we had opened our Los Angeles Branch to complete our nationwide network. In 2013, we expanded to Mexico to assist the Japanese Automotive Corporations. Two years later, we opened another office in Mexico, becoming the #1 Japanese Recruiting Agency in Central America.
