Titanium Metals Corporation is a vertically integrated titanium manufacturer whose products include titanium sponge, the basic form of titanium metal used in processed titanium products; melted products (ingot and slab), the result of melting sponge and titanium scrap, either alone or with various other alloying elements; mill products that are forged and rolled from ingot or slab, including long products (billet and bar), flat products (plate, sheet and strip) and pipe; and fabrications that are cut, formed, welded and assembled from titanium mill products (spools, pipefittings, manifolds and vessels,). The Company's production facilities are located in the United States, United Kingdom, France and Italy, and its products are sold throughout the world. Approximately 68% of its sales revenue was generated by sales to the aerospace industry in year ended December 31, 2003.
