Our Mission Statement TANGO (Technical Assistance to Non-Governmental Organizations) is dedicated to providing long term institutional support to organizations engaged with the on-going struggle to alleviate hunger and poverty. Through the provision of quality technical assistance on a recurrent basis to our partner institutions, it is our aim to ensure that development programs implemented by these organizations will have the best chance of improving the livelihoods of their constituents. This assistance represents our long-term commitment to the empowerment processes pursued by individuals and communities. Our goal is to support institutional capacity building to achieve sustained impact. Drawing on diverse technical backgrounds, skills and experience, the staff of TANGO bring a holistic perspective to this support.
