Swamp Records goal is to help promote and support local talent and help take their careers to the next level. We are an organization that offers marketing, PR, advertising and booking services to musicians and bands in the Central Florida area. Gainesville’s music landscape is vibrant and we work to expose its budding talent to the community from which it came. We are committed to the people and sounds that give this town character, and to bridging the gap between its music scene and the University of Florida. Made up of passionate students from across disciplines, our organization helps local artists market their distinct sounds, craft and maintain their public image, and book gigs to launch their careers beyond this city’s limits. Our events and partnerships create a hub for music networking and collaboration, giving our members hands-on industry experience in the process.
