Speed We have, since our earliest days, offered the fastest cycle time on product delivery in the industry. We always realized that creating fast quotes was part of reducing the customers waiting period. Today and in the future the drive for speed will reach every facet of our business. We want to reduce the cycle time in the rest of the business cycle, such as billing and payment. We also want to reduce the cycle time in product development, software development, and creating bricks and mortar. Our success tomorrow will rest on ability to reduce time in every area. TIME IS OUR ENEMY! Customization In the new Millennium, we will be building one product for one customer. In the past where this was a liquid filled transformer, today it includes series autos to go in large LTC transformers, dry types and other specialty type transformers. Tomorrow it will include fused load interrupters, unit substations, HV circuit switchers, SF6 circuit breakers and many other related power items. We are voraciously looking for niche items that we can provide to narrow customer bases. Ease of Doing Business Some of our customers are large companies with little flexibility. Others lack product knowledge. Some of our customers face confusion about filling a need. We pledge to offer access to give our customers what they need, when they need it. This means Internet access, sales and manufacturing operations in four time zones, and 7-day/ 24-hour emergency availability. We choose to meet our customers on their terms. We believe that these three mainstays will differentiate us from our competition and continue our supercharged growth.
