What Is Student Technology Collaborative?

As a whole, the Student Technology Collaborative (STC) employs about three hundred students in several information technology roles at Yale. There are four programs, each with their own requirements and responsibilities. Read more about the programs in STC below. Student Techs: Every student has their own team of Student Techs (STs) who can assist them with technology issues. Assistance is available via phone, email, and at our walk-in centers. Media Techs: The STC Media Techs are a network of students dedicated to the use and education of digital media across campus. Cluster Techs: The Cluster Tech program manages computer labs and printing clusters across the entire Yale campus. Student Developer & Mentorship Program: The Student Developer and Mentorship Program (SDMP) trains student employees to work on coding projects in a variety of programming languages.
