Straub Sr. laid the foundation for Straub Construction in 1920 when he began developing homes, churches and schools in the Country Club Plaza and Mission Hills areas of greater Kansas City. Founded during a period of time when craftsmanship was exquisite and personal integrity expected, these traits remain the hallmark for Straub Construction. Today, under the leadership of Ernie Straub Jr. and Ernie Straub III, the company has experienced over 300 percent growth in the last ten years and is positioned to continue that growth and expand into other areas of construction. Father and son joined together in 1987 and continue the success of Straub Construction based on the company's commitment to building a quality project, on time and within budget, for the client.
