Strategic Connections Inc. (SCI) is an enterprise level technology systems integrator offering the specialty systems needed in today’s modern facilities: Structured Cabling, Audio Visual, Commercial Security, Telephone systems, Fire Alarm, Fire Protection, and Electrical systems. \n\nSCI incorporated in 1998, starting as a structured cabling contractor, our commitment to Customer Satisfaction has enabled us to grow into a reputable technology installation firm, providing a single source to meet all of our customers’ turnkey low voltage needs. SCI has achieved steady growth every year for 20 years.\n\nIn 2009, SCI acquired OneSource Building Technologies AVSL Group, a former Tyco company. OSBT-AVSL originally started in 1949 as Long Communications, bringing on decades of talent to Strategic Connections, creating one of the premier full service AV integrators in the United States, and adding 4 branch locations on the map. \n\nIn 2010, SCI acquired Communications Support Services Inc., (CSS). doubling the products and services to its regional Structured Cabling portfolio, adding a seasoned group of management and installation professionals to its fast growing organization.\n\nIn 2011, our security division became a stand-alone company named Strategic Security Solutions, who moved into its own space and created the 5th office location for Strategic Connections. \n\nIn 2013, SCI formed a new division dedicated to Fire Alarm and Life Safety Systems, creating our sixth core division. No expense was spared to bring in the talent, experience, and credentials required, adding a complete design/engineering/installation department to the fold. \n\nIn 2015, SCI again added our Fire Protection / Sprinkler division creating our seventh core department, providing complete design and the annual inspections required by code for both Fire Alarm and Fire Protection systems. \nSCI has won the TBJ Fast Fifty award 5 times.
