About Us SLIS is a Certified Minority Company by the Houston Minority Supplier Development Council (HMSDC). Straight Line Industrial Services, Inc. originally began as Straight Line Insulation, I. LP. This minority owned business is a result of hard work, dedication, teamwork and family. The original three owners are brothers that have a combined 85 years of experience in the Insulation, Scaffolding & Tank Paneling industry. Our goal is to be the leading provider of insulation, Heat Tracing, Sewn Blankets, Steam Manifolds and Scaffolding industries in the Houston and surrounding areas ~ SLIS has State licenses to work on different States in the continental USA.
