What Is Stevens Communications?

Stevens Communications is the highest level Platinum Partner of Verint Systems. We are certified on Verint’s latest platform v15.1 and offer a complete Turnkey Delivery Model for Verint WFO – Solution Design, Integrate, Consult, Training, and Support. We also have over 20 years’ experience in the Contact Center Sector, have completed over +1000 installs of Verint’s WFO in North America, and we provide consistency of personnel throughout process, many of our staff actually came from Verint. Solution Delivery Model: Certification: We are certified on the Verint WFO 15x platform (workforce management, advanced scorecards, advanced adherence, ELearning, quality monitoring, coaching, and encryption). Turnkey Delivery Model: We handle all aspects of the project, including Project Management, Application Design, Training, Application Consulting and Support. Staff/Resources: Our core PS team has been with Stevens for a combined total of over 20 years and are versed and certified in training and supporting all versions prior to v15x. We can support these solutions as well as provide customized training. Subcontract Work: We have been subcontracted by Avaya, Avaya Business Partners and Cisco distributors for integration and support services throughout North America. We are also contracted with Verint to provide services directly for their clients as well as well as other Verint partners that don’t have service delivery teams. Customer Support: We can provide Help Desk support and Advice Line (one:one remote product training). We have a help desk with remote agents answering live and utilize our Oracle/Siebel CRM to track and manage tickets that we manage or escalate.
