Sterlington is a top-tier, growing “challenger” law firm. We have 45+ lawyers focused on high-end transactional and litigation work and the various practice areas that support it. Our clients include world class multi-billion-dollar family offices, PE, VC, and hedge funds and their portfolio companies, high net worth individuals, high profile CEOs and management teams, as well as corporate, biotech and startup clients. Our lawyers represent the “A team”, primarily with major law firm experience from Am Law 20 firms. We mostly work as part of distributed and cohesive teams (like a “virtual law firm”), replacing physical infrastructure with technology in an organized and remote environment, except for our headquarters/conference space overlooking Gramercy Park in Midtown Manhattan. We work more closely together across locations than traditional law firms. Our legal operations division focuses on modernized legal practice, such as high volume processing of routine contracts and AI-assisted contract analysis.
