State Training Services leads policy, planning, funding, regulation and advice on vocational education and training and employment to support economic, regional and community development. Our vision Lead, design, and implement a world class vocational education and training system in New South Wales. Objectives 1. LEAD skills development to improve workforce participation and productivity and support NSW economic growth. 2. DESIGN programs and services to meet the employment and skill needs of individuals, employers, regions and communities. 3. IMPLEMENT arrangements to ensure individuals and employers have access to high quality vocational education and training services. State Training Services is part of the NSW Department of Education and Communities.
