What Is Starlim?

We are Starlim North America, a family-owned enterprise specializing in liquid silicone injection molding and tool manufacturing. We produce small parts at high volumes made from silicone using single or multi-material processes. Our products are ubiquitous: they can be found in your car, kitchen drawers and baby soothers. Originally founded in 1974 as a small tooling company, we have grown into an international group active in Austria, Canada, China, Italy, and Germany. We produce more than 14 billion silicone parts per annum. Starlim North America is a contract manufacturer, B2B supplier and TIER-2 and TIER-3 supplier for the automotive industry and the world's largest processor of liquid silicone rubber. With our recent expansion underway, the Starlim North America headquarters will grow to a 220,000 sq. ft state of the art facility complete with an employee fitness centre, a two-storey office, and an immaculate production area and clean room. We pride ourselves on our customer service, high standard of quality, technological sophistication, and a drive to be the best. Nominated for London Chamber of Commerce Large Business of the Year in 2017, and winner of the Quality award in 2012.
