With the introduction of a state-of-the-art digital cutting center in our Thailand facility, we can now deliver a zero waste option. Through this process all cutting waste is recycled back into the production loop. Combined with our PRODUCT RECLAMATION program, the end result is 35 to 45% recycled content on most of our products and a full 100% recyclability on products like Verge® , Vantage®, and Sportoe®. These remarkable programs keep a whopping 15 tons of scrap out of waste collection and traditional return processes every month. Not only do these initiatives make things greener, they help us to cut costs – at Stanbee we like to brag that by reducing waste we’re also reducing costs to our customers.
