Stahl Construction was founded in 1981 by current owner and CEO, Wayne Stahl. Throughout the 1980s, we partnered with one of the nation's premier real estate developers, completing more than forty projects together. By the end of the decade, our portfolio included industrial buildings, class-A office buildings, and several million square feet of high-end tenant improvements. Later, we expanded our horizons, entering the public sector and completing a variety of projects ranging from schools and churches to housing, mixed-use and retail. Today, operating out of a modern, 30,000-SF headquarters with a staff of more than 40 construction professionals, Stahl provides owners — public and private — with quality, competitively-priced construction management, general contracting, and design / build services. While we have completed projects in excess of $100 million, we are not a large company. One might say we are "mid-size" — large enough to be full-service, yet not so big that we can't provide owners with the personal attention they want and deserve on their projects.
