This is the only college in the world to combine the liberal arts, Catholic, and Norbertine traditions. The liberal arts are those disciplines and skills that enable leaders to analyze, assess, and make wise decisions. The Catholic tradition emphasizes the inherent goodness of every human being while realizing that everyone of us can become better; it also asserts that there can be no fundamental conflict between the beliefs of faith and the discoveries of reason. The Norbertine heritage places the values of solidarity (being one with others), collegiality (working together as equals), and community at the center of all that we do.
