What Is Springer Aerospace?
Springer Aerospace is one of Canada’s oldest established Transport Canada Approved Maintenance Organizations offering a comprehensive array of services complete with our own aircraft paint facility serving commercial and private aviation around the world. Since our inception in 1972, we have grown to one of the most capable MRO facilities in Canada with a strong focus on quality workmanship and added value for our customers as our number one priority. Springer Aerospace is staffed with highly-qualified and experienced technicians and support personnel specializing in heavy structural repair, modifications, conversions, heavy maintenance and paint on a whole host of commercial aircraft. Aircraft maintenance, modifications and painting is carried out from two (2) modern hangar and paint shop and office complexes totalling 50,420 square feet situated on the company’s privately-owned airport (CPF2) at Bar River, Ontario. The airport has two (2) runways with the main runway (18/36) being 4,363 feet long and 75 feet wide. In addition, this airport boasts a 2,500-foot water runway (canal) running parallel to the main runway where seaplanes can land and taxi or be towed up the ramp to the main runway.
