Spring Creek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is the largest privately owned health-care facility in Central Pennsylvania, offering both clinically designed short-term rehabilitation and long-term care services. Our facility provides 404 beds for both long-term and short-term stays, including 53 beds in a newly renovated, separate rehabilitation center with both private and semi-private rooms available; 48 beds for specialized respiratory care with on staff respiratory therapist; and 48 beds on a secure memory unit for those suffering from dementia or Alzeimer’s disease.
