Established in 2002, Soil Express Ltd. began in Prosper, Texas and has since performed work all across the States of Texas, Colorado and Oklahoma providing a superior and competitively-priced service for maintaining playground safety. Our expertise lies in the inspection, manufacturing, and installation of playground safety surface material, particularly EWF (Engineered Wood Fiber) (a.k.a., playground mulch, wood chips, etc.). Since its establishment, Soil Express has grown to become the premier provider of IPEMA (International Playground Equipment Manufacturers Association) certified playground safety surface material in all of Texas. From the moment we were awarded our first Right-of-Way (ROW) contract, Soil Express, Ltd. has labored to establish a reputation of reliability, quality and integrity. The services we offer span the duration of the project, from opening up the Right Of Way in a timely manner for the foundation and line contractors to the restoration and re-vegetation of the Right of Way once the line is complete.
