For almost 35 years, the Society for Conservation Biology (SCB) has proudly served as the premier international organization of professionals and students who dedicate their work towards advancing the science and practice of conserving Earth’s biological diversity. SCB's membership comprises a wide range of people interested in the conservation and study of biological diversity, including resource managers, educators, government and private conservation workers, and students, who make up nearly 5,000 members worldwide.
