In 1967, the first Slumberland store opened in Minnesota. Unlike most furniture stores, we started as a mattress and La-Z-Boy specialty shop. Making people comfortable, with our products and our prices, has been our first priority, right from the beginning. Over time, we've expanded our merchandise categories as well as our store count.
