Sizebreed Group is a specialist company, providing the highest quality construction, joinery and maintenance services to private clients with prime residences in London, the South of England, Ireland and mainland Europe. We carry out new build, refurbishment, extensions and maintenance, and are one of the few firms in our niche sector who can manage everything from a complex basement extension, right through to the most sophisticated services installation and the highest quality finishes. We focus on providing the highest possible levels of quality, service and value for money to each of our customers, with most of our projects being secured by way of negotiation, either because it is repeat business from an existing client or designer, or because we have been recommended to a new customer. We directly employ about 100 highly skilled people, while many more are engaged by our specialist subcontractors and suppliers. We provide high levels of training for all our staff, and our people are all encouraged to reach their full potential. We also have an excellent graduate programme, which is designed to train the next generation of project leaders. We believe it is critically important to treat all of our suppliers with respect since we could not complete our projects without them, and as a direct result, we ensure that all of our subcontractors and suppliers are paid quickly and fairly for their work. We have a strong safety culture, and place great deal of emphasis on ensuring that all of our sites are clean, safe and well presented, even during busy stages of the project. This is often the first thing that people comment on when they visit our sites, and that culture assists greatly in creating the right environment for delivering the highest possible quality.
