Simonson Builders, Inc. was founded in 1974 by Bob Simonson on the premise that quality construction principles and attention to detail should be unwavering standards. It was a way of life and the genesis of a small company. As time went on, the need for excavating services rekindled Bob's entrepreneurial spirit and Simonson Excavation Inc. was founded on the same premise of Simonson Builders Inc. In 2005, these companies merged to become Simonson Construction Services, Inc. Our commitment to our projects, our customers, and delivering the best product possible were our founding principals and remain the foundation of the structure that has built Simonson Construction Services, Inc. into a recognized leader in the industry. Simonson Construction Services, Inc. operates out of a modern, efficient shop and office facility with over 12,000 square feet of space that allows for equipment repair, project and office staff, advanced computer and CAD systems, blueprint reproduction, meeting space and a variety of other functions all performed under one roof. And it doesn't stop with the construction of a project. Service after completion has always been a part of the Simonson tradition and commitment to service.
