We have a proud history of serving Australians for over 110 years in Western Australia and more than 120 years as RDNS in South Australia. We currently deliver our services in Western Australia, Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia. Every year we assist over 84,000 people to remain living in their home and community. Our care is delivered by trained professional staff who are backed by our Research team to continually improve our services to ensure that they meet the changing needs for their clients. We work in partnership with hospitals, doctors and other health care providers to create a seamless transition to care in the community. Our leadership in health services, education and training also allows us to provide key services to both Federal and State Governments and allied professionals.
