Signature Pub Group is one of Scotland’s leading independent pub operators with a diverse collection of pubs, restaurants and hotels. Our estate spans central Scotland with a focus on Edinburgh and Glasgow. Created by entrepreneur Nic Wood; the Signature Group maintains an emphasis on standalone venues, all of which benefit from strong and individual identities. Founded in 2003, and inspired by Wood’s own experiences working within the pubs of Edinburgh’s Grass Market and within the brewing industry, our portfolio has grown to include over 15 properties – a number which continues to grow. Headquartered in Edinburgh, and employing over 300 staff, Signature are going from strength to strength, with the most recent accounts from 2015, showing pre-tax profits of over £1.5million. The trend is set to continue well into 2018, as this year has seen the acquisition of two new properties within the group and further projects in the pipeline.
