Originating in Milwaukee, Wisconsin over 40 years ago we have continued growth into Florida with offices in Tampa, and Orlando. Our Tampa operation, which is our corporate headquarters, opened in June of 1983, and now has recorded sales of over 370 million dollars in painting and waterproofing contracts since its inception. Our Orlando operations, opened in 1991, has completed in excess of 90 million in revenues.   How does a well-established painting/restoration contractor maintain this kind of volume after being in business locally for 30 years? Our success lies in the strength and experience of our manpower, which in turn, relies on a capable and professional management team consisting of a strong, aggressive estimating contingent, conscientious project managers, and most important, dedicated foremen who take pride in the work, which they and their crews perform. Our volume has been maintained over the years because of our belief that a project is not complete simply because the coatings have been applied. We are always there to follow-up, inspect, and Service the investments our customers have made.  Between our Tampa and Orlando offices, our average work force in the field consists of about 150 painters, water-proofers and caulkers. With the production capabilities that this large work force provides us, we are able to provide the special services you require.
