What Is Seasons Living?

Seasons Living was formed in 1998 by Chief Executive Officer Eric Jacobsen to manage the first community he operated as an owner and principal. Since then Seasons has steadily added new communities to the family. It is the mission of Seasons Living to provide excellent service to our residents, their families, owners and investors by empowering our staff, conducting ourselves with integrity and honesty. The principals of Seasons Living have participated in the finance development, construction, and operation of over 200 properties during their careers in the senior housing industry. Seasons Living has the ability to identify markets, develop, build, and operate new projects, as well as, the expertise to evaluate acquisition opportunities. Seasons offers comprehensive management services to senior living community owners, whether owned by Seasons principals, or other investors. The services that Seasons offers include all of the disciplines necessary to successfully manage independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities.
