Founded in 1916 as Duval Motor Company, and purchased by Walter McRae Sr. in 1923, the Jacksonville, Florida based company has grown into a holding company, conducting business in 6 different states, operating 4 automotive dealerships; a large subprime finance operation, US Auto Credit and 7 Dana Safety Supply locations.
