The Travel Channel’s Food Paradise awarded Sauce on the Side the “Cheesiest Restaurant in America,†in 2015 for the Cock-a-Doodle Noodle calzone. After building a strong business model, Sauce on the Side was well positioned to begin franchising in 2018.
