Saratoga Bridges is committed to hiring only competent, caring staff. Our Personnel Department screens each candidate and provides a thorough background check on all new hires. Once hired, Saratoga Bridges provides extensive training and support to ensure that each staff person is competent. We have an extensive training curriculum that is mandatory for each staff. We also have much training that each staff must complete on an annual basis. We also offer a mentoring program for all of our new staff members. An experienced staff member that has been trained as a mentor, takes the new staff member "under their wing" for 1 month to teach them all the skills they need to be successful in their job in the day hab program.
