Sande Construction and Supply Co., Inc. was founded in 1949 and incorporated in 1955. We joined the Master Builders of Iowa in 1957 and are actively involved with the association. We are a Ceco Building Systems steel building contractor and have been working with steel-frame buildings for 4 5 years. In that period of time we have erected hundreds of buildings with an estimated total roof area of over 4 million square feet. We have successfully completed many standing seam reroof projects in the past years including church educational units, retail outlets, schools, and office buildings. We have extensive experience with warehouses and manufacturing plants and have completed several new installations in excess of 100,000 square feet, but also have success with 4000 square foot buildings. We are a general building contractor specializing in new church construction, renovation, and elevator additions, institutional, industrial, and office buildings, warehouses, manufacturing plants, and other commercial work. Sande Construction has eight major job superintendents, each capable of handling multi-million dollar projects. These eight working superintendents are well versed in all aspects of construction and together have over 1 40 years combined experience with our firm. Sande Construction has been active in lease and lease-purchase agreements for construction projects and we have completed several large projects on this basis.
