We're changing the perception of mental health and building the world's first mental health gyms. We believe that we should work on our mental health just like we do our physical health. We create spaces for people to talk openly about their mental health. We create a safe space, impartial and confidential, where people can talk to a Sanctus Coach about their mental health. We work with businesses across the UK, and beyond, to give people the permission to talk about mental health and the space with a coach to have the conversation. Sanctus Coaches spend time in the business and open up the space to see people 1:1 to talk through the whole range of mental health, from mental health issues all the way to performance, change and growth. We have an incredible community of partners, made up of brilliant businesses throughout the UK. We work with startups, like Onfido and carwow. Brands like Red Bull, Vice and Secret Escapes. Corporates like Boston Consulting Group and Aviva, and whole host of agencies, consultancies, studios and businesses in between.
