The SW/WC Service Cooperative Information Technology Department provides a variety of professional services to meet our members' needs. From our comprehensive Technology Direction/Coordination Services to our supplemental Tech Support, we can provide the services to your school or organization on an as-needed or full-time basis. The IT Deparment also administers the SW/WC Service Cooperative Wide Area Network, a collaborative effort among 32 school districts in southwest Minnesota to offer high-speed shared network and Internet access to be used for shared data services and distance education. Distance Education coordination and scheduling as well as teacher training for the use of online and ITV resources is also the responsibility of the IT Department. Our other specialties include Technology Integration, providing the guidance, professional development and support to educators to make the best possible use of technology in the classroom as well as E-Rate and Student Information System support.
