We are excited to announce that SOE Software has changed its brand name to Scytl. This change concludes our 2012 merger with Scytl and signals the new alignment of people, processes and technology that will greatly benefit our customers. Financially secure, Scytl recently closed a $104 million round of funding led by Paul Allen´s U.S. based Vulcan Capital to invest in ongoing product R&D and service delivery resources.Together as Scytl, we now have over 500 employees dedicated to enhancing SOE’s products and delivering innovative new solutions for every phase of the election cycle and the governance between elections. Combined with SOE, Scytl offers the deep resources of an international company along with extensive experience in U.S. elections management.
