Software Engineering Professionals, Inc. began May 11, 1988.Three of the four original founders are still active in vital roles of the company. We continue to grow at a steady, measured pace. The limiting factor is our ability to support growth while maintaining our relaxed and confident culture that pursues excellence while making a difference for our clients.In December of 2004, we moved to our current location in Carmel, Indiana on the 8th floor of the Meridian Mark I building at the corner of 116th Street and North Meridian Street.SEP is employee owned. It is managed by our engineers. When we started the company, we were more interested in doing what made sense than pursuing wealth. We want to be proud of our company and our work - seeking lasting contribution and achievement.
